The Spiritualist Society of the Gateway Psychic Centre was incorporated by the Province of Alberta on 6 March 1986; it later changed its name to Gateway Centre and Calgary Spiritualist Church.
This society is affiliated with the Gateway Centre Limited which was first organized in 1936 in London, England, then reorganized in 1946.
