Incorporated by the Province of Ontario on 29 March 1978, the Toronto Spiritualist Temple, Inc., was renamed Christian Spiritual Ministries Inc. during 2002.
Toronto Spiritualist Temple is a branch of Christian Spiritual Ministries (CSM) Inc. (Toronto, Ontario).
